I like the
messy middle.
The space between an ambitious idea and something that works on a Tuesday afternoon. The old system that can’t simply be switched off. The team that needs a better way to do its work.
My work in digital transformation and AI takes me across manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and wine & spirits. Different environments, but the same need to connect technical decisions to everyday operations.
